It really is a lay by the pool and read, go snorkelling and diving or surfing sort of a place. We loved it.
We stayed in Villa Rumah Kami which cost a bit more (we're a family so had the whole villa) but was wonderful. There is also a great place next door called Penyon Guest House. A couple arrived the same day as us for surfing and stayed there and loved it.
