Visitor Visa (Single Entry)

Travel agent can do for you or you can do yourself through Indonesian consulate.
$60 cost, passport photos, forms, passport required.
Depending on the state amount of photos etc may vary.
Forms can be downloaded from consulate websites
No sponsor letter required for just a holiday

1. Complete and sign the application form
2. Passport must be valid for for at least 6 months from the date of entry
3. For a business visit, a sponsor letter from the company / organization in Indonesia should be presented.
4. For a social/family visit, enclose a sponsorship or invitation letter from the sponsor or family member and copy of their ID card.
5 .Passport-size photos (3x4 cm) - 4 photos.
6. Enclose a A$60,- fee. Payment should be made by Money Order / Company Cheque, as we do not accept cash payments or personal cheques.
Process may take up to 5 business days once all the requirements are completed and cleared.
For applications submitted via Airmail, a prepaid return registered envelope should be enclosed.
For applications submitted via courier, the applicant should arrange courier pickup prior to collection.
Visa should be used for initial entry within 3 months from date of issue.
The visa is valid for 60 days calculated from the day of entry into Indonesia. If you wish to stay longer than 60 days, the visa can be extended at the local immigration office a total of 4 times, with extension valid for 30 days. This means that maximum period you can stay in Indonesia is 180 days (6 months).
This visa can be used for visiting purposes, including tourist, social culture, family visit, mutual co-operation between the Indonesian Government and foreign authorities, educational, expertise exchanging program, business meetings, goods and services transactions, business-oriented quality control, attending or organizing an exhibition, locating film sites or preparation and business meetings. The visit purposes listed above are subject to approval from the competent authorities."
