A guy in our group came down one morning covered in bights.His wife who was sleeping in same bed had none.Further torchlight search discovered the critters in seam of mattress.
This was in 3.5* hotel in Bali.
The staff changed mattress and no further problems.
He was a lilly white Pom so maybe that was attraction,his wife has darker skin
