1 litre duty free so you will have to pay duty on the other 3 bottles. Also there is a strict allowance in Singapore , you may need to clarify what you can take in and out.
Wine is not overly expensive in Bali and hardly worth the effort of trying to take your own in any more unless it is a very special wine.
