go out in the mid-day sun, as the old expression goes! You will notice the Balinese live 'with' the climate, not in spite of it. The walking pace is slower and if you can, take a nap in the hottest part of the day if one of your MS symptoms is sensitivity to overheating. Stay hydrated, pace yourself and take cabs or hire a driver for the day for outings. (With your own driver you can choose to sit in the vehicle, or go back to the vehicle, while the rest of the family does something a bit more adventurous). Take some good books with you to tempt you to rest and slow down. If you are on any medications take a letter from your doctor stating what you are on and dosage etc - both for bringing drugs through Customs and also in case you need to seek a doctor for any reason while there (even for an unrelated reason - because some drugs should not be combined with others).
Have fun!
