We have seen shops with smaller kids trycicles on the way back from denpasar to kuta, but havnt noticed if they have larger bikes, Try calling in on one of these shops when your there and they will be sure to know. Dont have an address but they were like open fronted sheds with bikes hanging and sitting in them.
