Hi, We have stayed at the Padma 11 times. We have had our friends come over to have lunch and swim with us. Never had a problem. However we always buy drinks and lunch at the pool area with the kids. I think they are happy to allow this as long as you are purchasing drinks, snacks etc. Cheers E
