Carrefour is a completely different type of shopping than centro.
Carrefour is much more similar to macro being that it is like a wholesale supermarket plus a lot more. I think macro is slightly cheaper than carrefour, but the service at carrefour wins hands down, and it is not as far out of Kuta or Legian than Macro.
Just jump in a Taxi and ask them to take you there, it will only cost about 15,000 Rp from legian.
