go to flights and fares - schedules and timetables - put in your travel dates - then when the info is up - click on the little blue and white dot under details - it will give you the aircraft type for each sector
The web site is full of info but will leave it to you to check if they have seating plans on there - pretty sure they do and you may well be able to book seats online if you have the airline booking reference
