As long as they are aware where it is & that it's a long way from the main crowded tourist areas.
I gather from the ad that the housing is onsite.
Even Pemuteran is pretty laid back.
Close to the ferry though if they want to go to Java & there's Menjangen Island for snorkelling
Area a mix of Hindu & Moslem with mosques in the area.
If they are driving watch out for the tour buses heading for the Gilimanuk...they drive fast and have right of way :)
