I think the boat took around 2 hours, maybe 2 and a half. It wasn't a 24 seater though - it was a small speedboat that took about 8.
What level of accommodation are you after? There is everything from rooms for 30,000rp upwards to US€150 a night. The Irish Bar have nice clean rooms with hot water, aircon and clean towels for 250,000rp a room a night. All of the dive centres have good quality rooms as well.
