Bali Hai cruises are based in WA and can be booked in Oz before you leave. However we always find that the booking agents on the street in Kuta/Legian/Tuban offer the best price and all you have to do is book with them and then pay a small deposit and you pay the balance at Benoa port prior to departure. They collect you from hotel etc so very easy, I think this is a better option. This price US$36 sounds a bit cheap actually so I'd be cautious or booking if they want all of those details. I'm sure we paid about $65AUD last year and that was a good price at that time. Beware!!!
