Hi - I stayed at the Pelangi last time I went, which was Oct 06. It was ok - just. The rooms were really small and I was staying by myself, balcony is too small for any use, bathroom has no window or natural lighting, rooms very dated! Location is great, being so close to Gado Gado was great! I also found a fab massage lady poolside at the hotel beside the Sofitel. Service ok, only had breakfast their which was average - for the money I think there is better out there. Hope this helps.
