Usually if the price is really cheap, there's an excess to be paid. We use onlinetravelinsurance.com.au (link attached). We've used them for quite a few years, the premium hasn't changed in the last couple of years, there's no excess and claims have been paid quickly and without argument. Would highly recommend them.
