we got back last Saturday, so hope i can help. They were renovating when we were there. I noticed just before we left that they had starting bricking inside the area that was partioned off near the pool. (not the pool nearest the brekky restaurant the other one) The bricked area looked like it was going up pretty fast, you might be right by July. The renos didn't bother us enough not to swim in the pool or sunbake but you could hear saws going.
