Read with glee in the Herald Sun yesterday that Jet* flight out of Avalon was delayed. Felt sorry for the passengers, but Jet* fulfilled their usual customer service by supplying only 2 buses instead of 3 to get passengers to Tullamarine, and then hadn't advised Qantas that the passengers were taking Qantas planes to Sydney! Ah, more like that and maybe they'll start to treat passengers with a little respect, rather than like cattle.
Still waiting for a response, apart from the automatic "we're looking into it", to a complaint about flights we sent at the end of April.
