All Post offices remit parcels. Bintang shopping centre in Legian is easy and there is one about half way between Legian and Kuta on Legian Street. Lots of others. The guys at the post office have lots of boxes and will pack for you if you wish, and you can seal your own boxes. You will have to declare what is inside for customs but the posal workers don't particularly care what you post.
