Try making some enquiries with Amnesty International in Oz and International Committee of the Red Cross may also visit. The local Rotary Club in Denpasar may have some ideas.
The Oz Consular in Denpasar may be able to point you in the direction of a local NGO.
Otherwise if you have no luck then really I would not be pursuing further as it is a whole industry in these prisons.
