is the way they treated their long time staff. Most have moved on and good luck to them I say. Haven't eaten in Bali Aussie in years because so many people have, and their food has been 'orrible! The toilets were a disgrace. The green & gold is tired, the whole 'Aussie' thing has worn thin. Times have changed but this place hasn't. Bali Aussie is stuck in a time warp. Current lease holders need to update and reinvent if they want new business. There are so many better options these days. There is a place across the road that used to be a dingy old dive. Reminded me of a bat cave then, now it's like a warehouse but it's saving grace is it's 5 star toilets, worth a pitstop for that alone.

Hope my comments have been helpful. ; >}
