they have separate pontoon to bounty cruise and you have several choices of type of cruise, boat etc. we did the beach club cruise which goes into mushroom bay where you can do an island tour, have great lunch on beautiful mushroom beach and go out to pontoon at any time to go snorkelling, use the waterslide or banana boats etc-i felt this was far less restrictive than other cruises as some you do not even leave the boat.
i think bounty and island explorer cruises go into another part of the island (forget the name-starts with j!) which is not as scenic as mushroom bay (i admit this bay is very touristy during the day but magic once the day trippers go home!)
cannot really comment on the other cruises but we loved the bali hai! well worth the money-we found we got an incredible price on our day cruise and accommodation with bali hai from an agent on the street at kuta-make sure you shop around.
