Bakery/Cake Shops- need help please!

Hi everyone!

Ok, so I'm planning a bakery tour (which some of you may have already read) and I've found a bunch of places. Basically I'm going to organise my driver to take us around to heaps and heaps of bakeries/cake shops for a Bali Bakery Tour for my Aussie baker friend! I still have a few Qs, which are below. First is a list of the suggested bakeries:

Carrefour Bakery- Sunset Rd
Bali Bakery- 65 Jl Kuta Raya, Kuta
Bali Deli- Jl Kunti, Seminyak
Café Moka- Jl Seminyak
Le Bake- Ngurah Rai bypass
Bali Catering- Jl Peitenget
Splash Bakery- Ngurah Rai bypass, Sanur
Ixora bakery-
Purimas 3- Denpasar
Cherry Bakery- Kuta Galleria, near Ace Hardware
Thai Bakery-
Bread Talk- Centro and Mall Bali Galleria
J Co Donuts- Mall Bali Galleria
Hardy's bakery- Sanur

1) Are there any more bakeries/cake shops?
2) Does anyone have addresses for Ixora, Purimas and the Thai bakery?
3) Which out of all the bakeries are the BEST?
