There are many nice places on Gili T. August is peak season so you have to prebook to stay at the nicer places. "Dream Village" is a really nice place, 50 m from the beach with nice bungalows, AC, safe and fridge. www.dreamvillagetrawangan.com Phone: +62 818 546 591 ask for Angelo.
A little bit further up you find "Good Heart", also nice bungalows with AC and the same distance from the beach. No website.
A small 3 room establisment named "Kelapa Kecil" on the same strip of road is nice as well, they have a small plungepool.
Sama-Sama Bungalows are also nice, located close to the harbour
I recommend that you stay away from the "sentral area" for accomodation and walk down there for dinner and fun in the evening. Can be very noisy there.
