Nirvana, in Ubud, have batik classes. 1 day course US$35pp (incl materials, tools, painting technique etc), also 2/3 day courses. Mon/Wed/Thurs 10.00 - 15.00. They also hold offering classes on Mon/Wed/Sat 10.00 - 14.00 course material dependent on participants request. I got these details last year so I am presuming they are correct. Nirvana has a website. I don't have the details but I* am sure you could google it.
