Beef Rendang can be "soupy type curry"
locals sometimes refer to it as Rendang Basah (wet/moist)
This syle mixes better with rice than the dryer type 'Rendang Kering'
To make it 'basah' it is not cooked as long.
It should be hot and spicy!
A common side dish to Rendang is acar timun.
