We have narrowed our accommodation search down to Manta Bungalows and Alam Gili Hotel. We would prefer to stay at Alam Gili but they only have ceiling fans!! We are all middle aged, and what with the hot flushes, restless legs and not to mention sleeping next to a man that is like a furnace, we are a little concerned. Has anyone stayed on the Gilis in September without aircon and not found it uncomfortable at night? I know that the young ones can sleep under most conditions but I am hopeless. Is there an evening sea breeze? Any advice would be welcome.
