I stayed at the Bali Holiday Resort over 10 years ago and loved it - seriously it was like a really cool place for singles and young couples to be. I think its nice to post your view on here. Its unfortunate that a hotel that one might really like, can be bagged by a bad review. Trip advisor is a good place to see this as an example. If we took on board all bad advice, we would never stay anywhere. You have stated exactly how it is at the BHR - and it seems great value for money for those who now know exactly what they are going to get through your post. Well done. I too have stayed at the Jayakarta - whilst I probably wouldnt stay there again, it was fine for our budget at the time.
