I have been unhappy before with a hotel (through Qantas holidays) and rang my TA whilst I was away and told her the situation and they moved us elsewhere within 24 hours, mind you this was a few years ago. I think it depends on the terms and conditions - hence why you need to speak to your TA about it. Having said that I cant imagine anyone being unhappy at the Conrad - I have heard rave reviews about it from some friends. Good luck.
