I just booked Lion Air online--it was like $50 US from CGK to DPS one-way. I didn't get an e-mail confirmation, but be sure to print the Payment Code and Booking Code. My wife did the same thing and she had no problems. She's in Bali now. Garuda flies to DPS too.
