When we stayed there the manageress Melinda would call the light blue taxi company and a taxi would arrive within 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The light blue taxi drivers must have a relationship with Tamu Seseh as they find it OK.
Tamu Seseh have a suzuki people mover which can be booked for day trips to Ubud etc, not expensive. The driver Banbang is a nice old Javanese man, who doesn't speak a lot of english but he is very careful on the road.
A word of warning. As Tamu Seseh is a bit out of the way half the Kuta taxi drivers will get lost, sometimes you have to give them directions (not unlike back at home).
