a standard ticket to print is about $45 so yes it is expensive. everyone baulks about doing "things for the airlines" but never baulk about getting the deal of the century..oh well you cant please everyone!! just one thing i want to say is that you must must must have your eticket with you as the checkin staff are obligated to act as "immigrstion" agents and must check your legitimacy of entering a country...so for eg you have a ticket that is returning in 6 months, are you valid to enter that country and return in 6 months - bali is a 30 dAy VOA but you must apply to the embassy for periods longer...and the checkin staff are required to check this whaterver your destination. dont be scared about etickets it is all good!!!!
