Darwin airport

I am flying Tiger(wish me luck) from Melb to Darwin on sun 9/3, getting in at 1.50am. Then flying to Bali at 7.30am. Does anyone know if the Duty free shops will be open(Booze.
Also I understand you can only take 1 litre in to Bali. Can I take a litre for my 13 month old boy(Medicinal purposes only)
