Hi, if you are leaving the adhidharma hotel just turn to your right and try and walk in through the next doorway which is the back entrance of the Wina Hotel. If you walk through the Wina hotel and out its'front entrance and up the long driveway it will bring you out at Jalan Pantai and the beach!
There is a security gurad at the back entrance of theWina a lot of the time but just act like you are staying there and you should be fine.
