My son is now 21 but his first visit to Bali was when he was a few months old. He had terrible eczema and asthma. Living in the Top End I can't say his eczema got worst in Bali because the weather is much the same but I found a powder "Pural" (available at chemist in Bali) work wonders when the eczema was at its worse. Still use it today. The weather between July & Sept should be nice with no humidity which sometimes aggrevates eczema.
