Having suffered bali belly twiceI can assure you that diarhea is not it.You deadset tear the lining out of your stomach from constant vomiting,you cant stop.Both ends like to work at the same time.First time I was with bloodyron and ate salad washed in tap water,second time forgot to wipe off stubby out of local ice.Not good I assure you.
