i am beginning to think i am being had!!!
the $25 fee must be legit as he said i could send a cheque so i am sure he wont be cashing it for himself although i have to address the envelope directly to the man i spoke to(hate to think corruption but i do as this $25 fee is something no one has ever heard of)
im still gonna cough up though!
