I travelled on the Lombok ferry from Padang Bai to Lembar about two weeks ago. The fare was Rp 28,000 one way.
From Kuta you can pay Perama Rp 100,000 to go by bus and ferry from Kuta to Senggigi. Also Perama will take you from Kuta to Padang Bai for Rp 40,000. You can easily walk from the Perama office to the Ferry Ticket Office. I recommend the Perama Kuta to Senggigi trip as it is a hassle to deal with the obnoxious bemo operators in Lembar.
