in my opinion as it is written by real travellers. Property owners have a right of reply to any negative reviews.
I use and also post reviews on the site of my experiences.
I use TA for all my hotel research and balance it out with my own requirements. For eg if a review complains of a small pool, eggs overcooked, no pineapple in the fruit platter, pool lounge hogs...etc those things are not important to me.
