I would describe it as the categoroy of a Best Western in Australia, clean but could be cleaner, but a bit shabby.
I am a single mum of 4 kids who works full time to support the family and then I go home to do as I call it my 2nd job, which is all the home duties.
So when I go on holidays I like a bit of luxury and pampering, so after staying at BGH once would never stay again, but others love it.
I found the breakfast's lacking as well, and lots of flies on the food too. But this may have improved since Dec 06.
But its location is good.
