The Little Swimmer disposable swim nappies can be washed out and reused, until the elastic dies in them (or they get poo'd in). We use ours about 5 - 6 times each.

My only concern would be though that they might not dry as well in the humidity over there. So make sure they don't get mouldy.

I have some of the non-disposable ones too, but washing a wet, soggy poo out of them can be pretty gross! That's where the disposable ones are great.

Personally I would take both, and use disposables before poo, reuseable ones after poo. (with two babies currently in nappies, my life is all about poo - as if you can't tell! :) We have a pool at home, as well as both in swimming lessons, so spend a lot of time using swim nappies over summer. Sorry if TMI).
