and I have never seen a cockroach, the air con has been wonderful, the rooms are spacious with room safe,bed linen is changed every 3 days, the brekkie is good, the location is great and the staff are fabulous. The beds at BGH are the most comfortable that i have experienced in all my trips to different hotels in Bali. Some people expect to pay peanuts but want champagne delivered!!!!
I am going to Melbourne in a few weeks and the same site had bad reviews about the 4 star hotel that I am booked into but friends went and had a look for me and they assure me that it is fine. So there is always someone ready to put a place down for whatever reason they may have. Enjoy your holiday.
