years ago and was told by apotik to use Jerman Caplang which is a green liquid smells like menthol. It takes away the itching. Also I was advised to take a hand towel with me to sit on if the chairs didn't have cushions. It is not as prevalent now as most chairs have seat covers or cushions on them. Apparently the mites are attracted by your body heat.
