lodged it with Medibank Private on returning. paid $125 for glasses and got $85 back. we are on top cover hospital and ancillaries (sp). The wife had them made up at Centro. only had to wait a week or so.
Phone your health insurance to see you have the right cover, then you won't be dissapointed when you go to Bali, if the HI turns you down. Must be the cover and not how new or old a member you are.
Also the reciept must be in english.
