Cooking Classes Not in Ubud

Hi all,
After reading the forum, I can see that there are cooking classes in Ubud and surrounding areas but nothing around the Tuban/Kuta/Legian area. Can anyone help me out??? We will be in Bali from the 1st to the 12th of March so obviously want to find one locally before NYEPI. So close now I can almost taste the cocktails!
