are The Goodearth hotel (as the others said).....and the kitchen does up meals in containers and sells them for $5 in the foyer (The rooms have microwaves) so thats a good saver.It includes breakfast.
The Comfort Inn in Hay street East Perth is very very nice and is around $125 a night depending on specials and that includes breakfast.
