I couldn't agree more about the travel agents. Flight Centre still prints out your itinerary with VOA in US$ and until recently still had departure tax at 100,000rp. I spoke to the consultants about using Aussie dollars and they still tried to tell me I had to buy US. When will they learn or is that they just don't care. Same thing about the change in departure tax "Oh, no-one told us". If it hadn't been for another guests travel agent telling her about the price rise last November we would have arrived at the airport 50,000rp short. Because of their attitude and dearer prices have now changed agents. Previous consultant now lives in Ireland and the "newbies" are hopeless. Cheers, Stormy
