in any Kuta area - go exploring Bali and find great spots in Sanur, Jimbaran, Ubud, Candi Dasa, Lovina etc, etc. You can just cruise and find places any night. There is just so much more to Bali so I suggest be a bit active and go looking for it. Nyepi is no problem - just one day of total peace and silence.
