they are still well below pre-bomb times and meanwhile other markets have grown to far above pre-bomb levels, eg Taiwan, Korea, China and others. Japan is also very good and well above Australian figures. So it is understandable if the few long range aircraft that Garuda has are used where they are filled on a daily basis.
I have been a very regular user of the Adelaide and Brisbane Garuda services and it is a real inconvenience now to go by roundabout routes but I still find Garuda the best to fly and stick with them.
Their FF programme is also better than others, faster accumulation of points and easier to use on any flight at any time.
