I have no info on Marta.
However, earlier this month i stayed at The Beach House.
Deluxe Room was 440,000rp twin share. Outdoor bathroom. Very nice, food at the Restaurant was very good. They also have what they call Treehouse Rooms, they are off the ground on stilts and they cost 200,000rp this has a fan only.
Some one else stayed next door at the Irish Pub and they negotiated down from 200,000rp to 125,000rp, Air Cond and a balcony, she said it was very nice.
I will be going to Trawangan again in June this year and will be checking out a lot of Accommodation options for friends going next year, mostly in the Budget price range. So will have a lot of info then i am sure.
