I liked the hotel for its location to centro, shops & good restaurants. Their pool is really good as is the location to the beach, staff are really friendly and rooms were good, though I also stayed at the Padma and thought Padma was much better value for money. As for safety every time you enter the hotel they scan your bags or under the car, not sure the guards would know what to do if actually found something but they check anyway, or at least from the front enterance. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.
