I dont reccommend Global Roaming either. You will pay for all incoming calls and its not cheap!!! Regardless of how careful you think you will be monitoring calls the $$$$ add up way too quick.
We always buy a Bali Simcard, last trip we were there for 2 weeks and hubby and i paid rp150 000 each for sim and credit and each made at least 5 calls back to Australia, i even phoned my bank and was hold for 5 mins, heaps of sms to aust. And heaps of local calls and sms, hubby still had credit when we left and i used the last of mine from Singapore Airport to call a friend in Aus.
